Kimballs Lane is a stop on the Draper Extension of the UTA Blue Line. The stop consists of a single island platform that is just north of S 700 E, a street that the rail line crosses at an angle. Platform amenities are two simple blue canopy structures lined with bricks. Exits are at each end of these canopies. These lead to the main parking lot that has the vast majority of the station's 251 park & ride spaces to the NE, It's a triangular parking lot, bounded by the tracks S 700 E and E 11800 S that provides this lot's only entrance. On the opposite side, the southern end of the platform leads directly to the station's bus loop accessed from Kimballs Lane at both ends, with a smaller parking lot beyond the bus loop before Kimballs Lane that loops a bit forming somewhat of a crescent around the parking lot. The northern end of the platform leads down a few steps to a path directly to Kimballs Lane on this side of the tracks.
