Meadowbrook is a standard TRAX station located on its private ROW, the station has a single island platform at street level that has two light blue canopies held up by brick pillars. This island platform begins just after the grade crossing of 3900 South and runs north. To the east of the station, accessed by pedestrian crossings at each end of the platform is the station's park and ride lot, just north of this is a bus loop with six stops, and a seperate loop that appears to be just for car-drop off. The parking lot complex has two entrances, one from South West Temple, the other from W 3900 S. Just west of the station, accessed via the southern grade crossing only is Salt Lake Community College Meadowbrook.
