Murray Central is a standard TRAX station located on it's private ROW, the station has a single island platform, with entrances to the decently sized park & ride lot and bus loop to the east side of the tracks. It has two of the standard canopies, these have bricked pillars and a blue roof.
February 2012 Update: The Murray FrontRunner (South) Station is currently taking shape, there is a large construction site with a few blue canopied shelters already visible on the railroad embankment across from the present light rail station. This will be the last stop before the SLC Central and provide easy connections to and from TRAX.
February 2013 Update: The New FrontRunner Station opened on December 10, 2012. It is located across a new parking lot from the TRAX station. To make the transfer passengers use the southern grade crossing to leave the TRAX platform this leads to a short path that goes across a frieght track to a crosswalk acorss the new FrontRunner Parking lot. simple square signs (without arrows) on fences don't do a very good job directing passengers.
