University South Campus is the first station of a short thee stop extension deeper into the University of Utah that opened September 29, 2003. It is the standard island platform with two larger black canopies, located in the median of South Campus Drive on the campus of the university. The only legal access is from the intersection of Campus Center Drive at the eastern end of the platform.
